For orders from outside of Germany custom fees, taxes and other fees may apply, which are not part of the invoice total and have to be paid by the customer.
Furthermore please be informed that international shipping may take 5-15 working days to a European destination and 15-30 working days or more to the rest of the world.
We use economy shipping as registered letter, with very basic tracking information available. Please contact us if your shipment has not arrived in the aforementioned time span, we will supply you with a tracking number and take further steps if necessary.
